Common use of Document Authorization Clause in Contracts

Document Authorization. The Issuer has duly authorized, by all necessary action, the delivery and due performance of the Financing Documents and the Bonds and any and all other agreements and documents as may be required to be executed, delivered or received by the Issuer in order to carry out, give effect to and consummate the transactions contemplated by the Bond Purchase Agreement.
