Document Control Procedure. The Contractor will develop and administer a mutually acceptable Document Control Procedure over documents flowing to and from the City, in such a manner as to ensure that the confidentiality requirements of this Section 9.0 are met. Each document will be controlled through the use of a Document Control Number.
