Common use of Document Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Document Disclosure. Attached as Schedule 4.12 is a true, correct and complete list of all documents for which true, correct and complete copies have been made available to Buyer as of the close of business on the last Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date, which list includes any and all communications between Seller or its Affiliates (including Zevra DN), on the one hand, and the FDA, on the other hand, with respect to the Purchased Assets.
