Document Scanning. The Service Provider shall maintain a document scanning system and/or process that insures a Permit Holder scans the required documents, which may vary by the type of transaction being undertaken, and that those scanned document images are transmitted to and acknowledged as being received by ATLAS as described in the Program Specifications, as may be amended from time to time. The Service Provider agrees to keep an electronic record of all scanned documents images for a minimum of one (1) year in a manner that allows the document images to be recovered individually or in bulk should the need arise. The Service Provider agrees to electronically notify the RMV when the Permit Holder disposes of the original retained documents in a manner as specified in the Program Specifications.
Document Scanning. The documents will be scanned at 300 Dots per Inch (300 DPI). These procedures involve analyzing the documents to be scanned to determine the correct threshold to yield the best image, scanning the documents, creating a Searchable (OCR) PDF image and utilizing Perfect Page processing software to enhance the scanned image to assure the highest possible quality for each image. Inception Technologies personnel will review each image captured to verify image quality and data integrity. Objectives for this review include Readability, Skew, Border removal, Multi-Page feeds, and Document Separation. If any errors are found, Inception Technologies will re-scan these documents, ensuring that all pages scanned are of consistently high quality. Inception Technologies will manually tag each document/folder. Customer has specified that the documents will need to be tagged/indexed. The indexing structure will be based on Project number and Name.
Document Scanning. Faculty and staff may use the equipment in the KT206 demonstration area during IT Service’s Help Desk business hours only. This equipment includes a Power Macintosh, a PC, a HP laser printer, and 2 HP color scanners for document and image scanning. Instructions for logging on and for using the scanner are posted. Scanners are located in each of the Student-Access labs for use by IPFW students.

Where a data loss occurs within the Digital Inbound Mail Solution i.e. scanning, indexing functionality etc and the Contracting Body can demonstrate that the data has not successfully been delivered, then it will be the Supplier’s responsibility to immediately investigate and retrieve any data from a back up repository or carry out an immediate re-scan.
Document Scanning. The DEVNET application can interface with scanners that provide a fully ▇▇▇▇▇ compliant driver. DEVNET recommends Fujitsu scanners for use with its imaging applications. When imaging is used within DEVNET applications, one or more licenses of Lead Tools imaging toolkit are required. The Lead Tools software can be provided with the installation of DEVNET software applications.

  • Document Imaging Investor shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to image or make copies of all or any selection of the agreements, instruments, documents, and items and records governing, arising from or relating to any of Company’s loans, including, without limitation, this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, and Investor may destroy or archive the paper originals. The parties hereto (i) waive any right to insist or require that Investor produce paper originals, (ii) agree that such images shall be accorded the same force and effect as the paper originals, (iii) agree that Investor is entitled to use such images in lieu of destroyed or archived originals for any purpose, including as admissible evidence in any demand, presentment or other proceedings, and (iv) further agree that any executed facsimile (faxed), scanned, emailed, or other imaged copy of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document shall be deemed to be of the same force and effect as the original manually executed document.

  • Agreement Scope The scope of this Agreement is as prescribed in section 46 of the Act, setting out: • the health services to be provided to the State by the HSP, • the TTR in support of the health services to be provided, • the funding to be provided to the HSP for the provision of the health services, including the way in which the funding is to be provided, • the performance measures and operational targets for the provision of the health services by the HSP, • how the evaluation and review of results in relation to the performance measures and operational targets is to be carried out, • the performance data and other data to be provided by the HSP to the Department CEO, including how, and how often, the data is to be provided, and • any other matter the Department CEO considers relevant to the provision of the health services by the HSP. Where appropriate, reference will be made in this Agreement to Policy Frameworks issued by the Department CEO pursuant to Part 3, Division 2 of the Act.

  • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Document Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract. The Contractor must retain all documents related to the Contract for five (5) years after expiration of the Contract or, if longer, the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at the Department of State’s Records Management website.

  • Document Delivery The Trust has delivered to Forum copies of (i) the Trust's Trust Instrument and Bylaws (collectively, as amended from time to time, "Organic Documents"), (ii) the Trust's Registration Statement and all amendments thereto filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), or the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended ("1940 Act")(the "Registration Statement"), (iii) the Trust's current Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information of each Fund (collectively, as currently in effect and as amended or supplemented, the "Prospectus"), (iv) each current plan of distribution or similar document adopted by the Trust under Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act ("Plan") and each current shareholder service plan or similar document adopted by the Trust ("Service Plan"), and (v) all procedures adopted by the Trust with respect to the Funds (i.e., repurchase agreement procedures), and shall promptly furnish Forum with all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing. The Trust shall deliver to Forum a certified copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Trust (the "Board") appointing Forum and authorizing the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
