Documentation Agent. The Lender identified on the signature pages of this Agreement as the "Documentation Agent" shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement (or any other Loan Document) other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lender so identified as the "Documentation Agent" shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lender so identified as the "Documentation Agent" in deciding to enter into this Agreement and each other Loan Document to which it is a party or in taking or not taking action hereunder or thereunder.

Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent shall not have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
Documentation Agent. Each Lender designates First Union National Bank as Documentation Agent and agrees that the Documentation Agent shall have no duties or obligations hereunder.
Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent shall not have any duty in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents except as expressly set forth herein or in the other Loan Documents.
Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no rights, powers, duties or obligations under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents.
Documentation Agent. No Lender identified on the facing page to this Agreement or otherwise in this Agreement as a “documentation agent” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than, in the case of such Lender, those applicable to Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders or Persons so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the other Lenders or any Person so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
