Documentation and Evidence of Certain Matters. The Lead Arrangers shall have received each of the following documents, each duly executed where appropriate (with executed counterparts of the signature pages thereto in such quantity as the Lead Arrangers shall reasonably request), and each of which shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance:

The Lead Arrangers Arranger and the Administrative Agent shall have received each of the following documentsdocuments (with sufficient conformed copies for each Lender), each duly executed where appropriate (with executed counterparts or, in each case, the Lead Arranger shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the signature pages thereto in such quantity as execution thereof by the Lead Arrangers shall reasonably request), parties thereto) and each of which (other than any such document the form of which is specified in an Exhibit hereto) shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Lead Arranger and the Administrative Agent in form and substance:
