Common use of Documentation License Clause in Contracts

Documentation License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, LIV hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Client’s internal business purposes in connection with its use of Vault.
