Documentation License. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, DebtBook grants to Customer and Customer’s Authorized Users a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as permitted by these Terms) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer’s and its Authorized User’s internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.
