Common use of Documentation of Actual Deliveries and Receipts Clause in Contracts

Documentation of Actual Deliveries and Receipts. Upon reasonable request of Buyer, Seller shall: (a) provide any documentation necessary to the Buyer as may be prescribed by any applicable laws or regulation; and (b) provide any documentation with reference to the EECS Certificates specified in any relevant Confirmation.
