Documentation of liability insurance. By submission for the signed Agreement, the Provider further agrees that they will comply with the following: A. The provisions of Appendix C, Privacy & Security Procedures. B. The Provider further agrees that they shall provide care for DHSS clients who are referred for placement and will maintain compliance with the laws governing services provided under this agreement which include Assisted Living Homes, AS 47.33 and 7 AAC 75.
