Documentation of the change. ‌ Changes to the operational services as referred to in chapter 3 shall be made in writing, and shall be signed by an authorised representative of the parties. The Contractor shall maintain a directory of the changes on an ongoing basis, which directory shall form Appendix 9, and shall without undue delay provide the Customer with an updated copy thereof.
