Documentation Warranty. Consultant represents and warrants that it has provided to County all Documentation for the Services and Deliverables and that such Documentation is detailed and complete and accurately describes the functional and operational characteristics of the Services and Deliverables. Consultant further represents and warrants that it will provide to County updated versions of all such Documentation as they become available.

Documentation Warranty. Contractor warrants that the written instructions regarding the use of Equipment, including those instructions in operation and maintenance manuals, shall conform to this Agreement and GECP as of the time such instructions are prepared. If any non-conformance with the Warranty specified in this Section 12.1C occurs or is discovered at any time prior to or during the applicable Defect Correction Period, Contractor shall, at its sole expense, furnish Owner with corrected instructions.

Documentation Warranty. Epoch further warrants that the MGB Intermediates or Bare Probes, and all literature, packaging, inserts, accompanying materials, and any other documentation supplied by Epoch in connection with the MGB Intermediates or Bare Probes will not contain any misrepresentation as to the nature or performance of the MGB Intermediates or Bare Probes.

Documentation Warranty. The Contractor warrants that all the documentation provided to the Contracting Party in accordance with the requirements of this Contract is correct and complete. The Contractor also warrants that all such documentation has been prepared in accordance with the codes and regulations pursuant to the Contract and applicable legislation, as well as all the required permits, licenses and authorisation, which shall be notified by the Contracting Party to the Contractor prior to the signing of the Contract. In addition, the Contractor warrants that it shall keep the Contracting Party harmless from all infringements of the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights belonging to third parties. The warranties included in this Standard Contract Condition shall only include the defects attributable to the Contractor (including its employees, suppliers, subcontractors and associates acting directly or indirectly to perform this Contract) and not the defective goods, work or services resulting from natural wear and tear or the passing of time and normal use, misuse or activity of third parties other than the Contractor, without its written permission, or mistaken operations or those performed contrary to the Contractor's operating manuals, or the defects in equipment, elements or systems supplied by third parties.

Documentation Warranty. Any Documentation furnished as part of Software(s) hereunder will be in form and substance at least equal to comparable materials generally in use in the industry. If at any time such original Documentation is revised or supplemented by additional Documentation, thereupon GE shall be entitled to such revised or additional Documentation at no charge. GE shall have the right to reproduce all Documentation supplied hereunder provided such reproduction shall be solely for the use by GE.

Documentation Warranty. We warrant that the Documentation is fit for the purposes reasonably required by a person with adequate knowledge, training and experience to operate the Programs.
