Common use of Documents Affected Clause in Contracts

Documents Affected. The applicability provisions of Federal laws, regulations, and directives determine the extent to which those provisions affect an entity (such as a subrecipient, lessee, third party contractor, or other participant at any tier of the Project) participating in the Tribal Transit Project. Accordingly, the Indian Tribe agrees to use a written document in each transaction to ensure that each entity participating in the Tribal Transit Project complies with applicable Federal laws and regulations, in accordance with Federal directives, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.
