Documents Affecting Immunity or Indemnity. If in the opinion of the Certificate Trustee any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 7.01 or 7.02 adversely affects any interest, right, duty, immunity or indemnity in favor of the Certificate Trustee under this Certificate Indenture, the Certificate Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
