Common use of Documents Affecting Immunity or Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Documents Affecting Immunity or Indemnity. If in the opinion of Funding Corp. or the Trustee any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 11.2 affects any interest, right, duty, immunity or indemnity in favor of Funding Corp. or the Trustee under this Indenture, Funding Corp. or the Trustee, as the case may be, may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
