Documents and Agreements. Borrower shall deliver to Lender the following documents, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, in its sole and absolute discretion : (i) An executed original of this Agreement; (ii) The Note; (iii) A Borrowing Base Certificate, showing borrowing availability pursuant to the terms hereof; (iv) Such other documents, instruments and information as Lender shall require.
