Documents and Communications. The Collateral Trustee will permit each Secured Representative upon reasonable written notice from time to time, but not more than once a year, to inspect and copy, at the cost and expense of the party requesting such copies, any and all Security Documents and other documents, notices, certificates, instructions or communications received by the Collateral Trustee in its capacity as such.
