Documents and Declarations. Licensor shall execute all documents, give all declarations regarding the licenses granted hereunder and reasonably cooperate with Licensee at the costs of Licensee to the extent such documents, declarations and/or cooperation are required for the recordation or registration of the License granted hereunder at competent patent offices in the Territory.
