Common use of Documents and evidence Clause in Contracts

Documents and evidence. The agreement of the Finance Parties referred to in clause 2 (Agreement of the Finance Parties) shall be further subject to the receipt by the Facility Agent or its duly authorised representative of the documents and evidence specified in Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent to Effective Date) in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Agent and its lawyers.

Documents and evidence. The Agent shall notify the Borrower promptly upon being so satisfied.
