Common use of Documents and Notices Clause in Contracts

Documents and Notices. to be Furnished by the Fund ------------------------------------------------- A. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement, to the Custodian by the Fund: 1. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Fund certified by the Secretary. 2. A copy of the By-Laws of the Fund certified by the Secretary. 3. A copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Fund appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary. 4. A copy of the then current Prospectus. 5. A Certificate of the President and Secretary of the Fund setting forth the names and signatures of the Officers of the Fund. B. The Fund agrees to notify the Custodian in writing of the appointment of any Dividend and Transfer Agent.
