DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE DC PROPERTY. 3.10.1 Bechtel shall maintain at each DC Property, for Webvan, one (1) record copy of the Construction Documents, drawings and specifications, addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record changes and selections made during construction, and in addition approved shop drawings, product data, samples and similar required submittals. These shall be delivered to Webvan upon completion of the DC Project work. They shall be signed by Bechtel, certifying that they show complete and accurate "as-built" conditions, stating sizes, kind of materials, vital piping, conduit locations and similar matters. 3.10.2 Bechtel shall maintain all approved permit drawings in a manner which allows access to governmental inspectors and other authorized agencies.
