DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE AGREEMENT. The ‘Agreement’ comprises these Standard Terms and any Account Application. These Standard Terms will prevail over any other documents referred to in this Agreement in the event of an inconsistency. To the extent the law permits, no other terms or conditions (including those contained in any document submitted by the Customer) will apply to the supply of any Products nor will it impose any obligations on Pittella, except where terms and conditions form part of the Agreement pursuant to paragraph 0 above.
