Common use of DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE AGREEMENT. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are complementary. Insofar as possible, all of such terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted consistently. In any case of inconsistency, conflict or ambiguity between or among such terms and conditions (including any schedules and/or documents incorporated by reference), the order of precedence shall be as follows: (i) the body of this Agreement; (ii) the schedules to this Agreement; and (iii) all other documents. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of separate schedules, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in favor of the first such schedule and thereafter proceeding in descending order.
