Documents Comprising the Tender. The Tender prepared and submitted by the Tenderers shall include but not be limited to all the following components: - a) Declaration Form, Tender Form and a Price Schedule completed in compliance with paragraphs 3.2, 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12. b) Documentary evidence established in accordance with paragraph 3.13 that the Tenderer is eligible to tender and is qualified to perform the contract if its tender is accepted. c) Documentary evidence established in accordance with paragraph 3.14 that the services and/ or goods and any ancillary thereto to be provided by the Tenderer conform to the tender documents, and, d) Tender Security furnished in accordance with paragraph 3.17 e) A detailed list of previous customers as prescribed for similar services and/ or goods on tender and their contact addresses shall be submitted with the Tender for the purpose of reference, or for evaluation where the Details of Service so dictate. f) And all other documents indicated in Section II (Tender Submission Checklist)
