Documents Deposited into Escrow. On or before the date that is one (1) business day prior to the Closing Date, Purchaser will deliver in escrow to the Title Company the funds and documents described and provided for in Section 10.3 below and (c) Seller will deliver in escrow to the Title Company the documents described and provided for in Section 10.4 below.
