Common use of Documents Deposited into Escrow Clause in Contracts

Documents Deposited into Escrow. On or before 10:00 a.m. of the Closing Date, (a) Purchaser will cause the difference between the Purchase Price and the Deposit and interest thereon (subject to the prorations provided for in Section 10.4 and with the addition of all Closing costs to be paid by Purchaser) to be transferred to the Title Company’s escrow account, in accordance with the timing and other requirements of Section 3.3, (b) Purchaser will deliver in escrow to the Title Company the documents described and provided for in Section 10.2(b), (c), (d) (e) and (f) below; and (c) Seller will deliver in escrow to the Title Company the documents described and provided for in Section 10.3(a), (b), (c), (d), (h), (i) and (j) below.
