  • Moneys Held by Trustee Subject to the provisions of Section 10.4 hereof, all moneys received by the Trustee shall, until used or applied as herein provided, be held in trust for the purposes for which they were received, but need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by mandatory provisions of law. Neither the Trustee nor any agent of the Issuer or the Trustee shall be under any liability for interest on any moneys received by it hereunder.

  • Reports by Trustee to Holders Within 60 days after each May 15, beginning with May 15, 2004, the Trustee shall mail to each Holder as provided in TIA Section 313(c) a brief report dated as of such May 15, if required by TIA Section 313(a).   • Repayment of Monies Held by Paying Agent In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all monies then held by any Paying Agent other than the Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such monies.
