Documents/Information. Exchange The purpose of this Article is to define the required automated resources, format for graphics files, and information exchange pertaining to the Project. Taking into consideration that the Owner has a significant investment is the development of the Project, there is a need for the Engineer to provide consistency in document development for information exchange.

Documents/Information. Exchange The purpose of this Article is to define the required automated resources, format for graphics files, and information exchange pertaining to the Project. Taking into consideration that the Owner has a significant investment is the development of the Project, there is a need for the Engineer to provide consistency in document development for information exchange. Consistency in document development for information exchange and production will help facilitate an economically efficient Project. Therefore, the Engineer shall provide the Owner with documents and information in accordance with the special requirement outlined in EXHIBIT “B” attached hereto.
