Documents/Information. Exchange The purpose of this Article is to define the required automated resources, format for graphics files, and information exchange pertaining to the Project. Taking into consideration that the County has a significant investment is the development of the Project, there is a need for the Architect to provide consistency in document development for information exchange. Consistency in document development for information exchange and production will help facilitate an economically efficient Project. Therefore, the Architect shall provide the County with documents and information in accordance with the special requirement outlined in EXHIBIT “B” attached hereto.
