Common use of Documents Made Available Clause in Contracts

Documents Made Available. Parent has made available to the Company correct and complete copies of all Parent Material Contracts, including any material amendments thereto; provided that with respect to clause (xi) and clause (xii) of Section 5.15(a) the obligation to make such Contracts available shall be limited to master service agreements or similar Contracts with such suppliers or customers, as applicable.
