WPL has made available to IES and Interstate a true and correct copy of each collective bargaining agreement to which WPL or any of the WPL Subsidiaries is a party or under which WPL or any of the WPL Subsidiaries has obligations and, with respect to each WPL Benefit Plan, where applicable, (i) such plan and summary plan description, (ii) the most recent annual report filed with the IRS, (iii) each related trust agreement, insurance contract, service provider or investment management agreement (including all amendments to each such document), (iv) the most recent determination of the IRS with respect to the qualified status of such WPL Benefit Plan, and (v) the most recent actuarial report or valuation.
