Documents Mailed to Note Holders. Promptly after the execution by the Owner or the Mortgagee of any document entered into pursuant to Section 10.01 hereof, the Mortgagee shall mail, by first class mail, postage prepaid, a copy thereof to Owner (if not a party thereto) and to each Note Holder at its address last set forth in the Equipment Note Register, but the failure of the Mortgagee to mail such copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
