Common use of Documents Mailed to Note Holders Clause in Contracts

Documents Mailed to Note Holders. Promptly after the execution by the Owner Trustee or the Loan Trustee of any document entered into pursuant to Section 9.01 hereof, the Loan Trustee shall mail, by first class mail, postage prepaid, a copy thereof to Lessee and to each Note Holder at its address last set forth in the Equipment Note Register, but the failure of the Loan Trustee to mail such copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
