Common use of Documents on Work Clause in Contracts

Documents on Work. 28.1. CONTRACTOR shall keep on the job Site at all times one legible copy of all Project Documents, including addenda and change orders, and all approved Drawings, Plans, schedules and Specifications. Said Documents shall be kept in good order and available to ARCHITECT, ARCHITECT’S representatives, and all authorities having jurisdiction. CONTRACTOR shall be acquainted with and comply with all California Code of Regulations provisions relating to conditions on this Project.
