Common use of Documents Provided Clause in Contracts

Documents Provided. (a) All documents that are or have been provided to the Agent under Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) are in each case the complete document in all material respects. (b) All of the certified copies or copies of documents provided to the Agent under Clause 4.1 (Initial Conditions precedent) or Clause 28.2 (Additional Borrowers) are true, complete and accurate copies of the original documents in all material respects.
