Common use of Documents, Records, etc Clause in Contracts

Documents, Records, etc. All documents, records, data, apparatus, equipment and other physical property, whether or not pertaining to Confidential Information, which are furnished to the Employee by the Employer or are produced by the Employee in connection with the Employee's employment will be and remain the sole property of the Employer. The Employee will return to the Employer all such materials and property as and when requested by the Employer. In any event, and whether or not the Employer so specifically requests, the Employee will return all such materials and property immediately upon termination of the Employee's employment for any reason. The Employee will not retain any such material or property or any copies thereof after such termination.

The Employee will return to the Employer INTENSITY all such materials and any property (including computers, hard drives, flash drives) as and when requested by the EmployerINTENSITY. In any event, and whether or not the Employer INTENSITY so specifically requests, the Employee will return all such materials and property immediately upon termination of the Employee's ’s employment for any reason. The Employee will not retain any such material or property or any copies thereof after such termination.

In any event, and whether or not the Employer Organization so specifically requests, the Employee will return all such materials and property immediately upon termination of the Employee's ’s employment for any reason. The Employee will not retain any such material or property or any copies thereof after such termination.
