Documents to be provided. With respect to the conveyance by CAC of the Contracts Sold Hereunder, CAC agrees to endorse and deliver such Contracts Sold Hereunder to Green Tree on the Consummation Date by overnight mail (next business day) addressed to Green Tree, 500 Landmark Towers, ▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, St. ▇▇▇▇, Minnesota 55102 (Attn: ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), and to provide and execute such additional documents and instruments as may reasonably be requested by Green Tree and which are customarily provided in connection with similar transactions, including but not limited to limited powers of attorney in such forms as Green Tree may reasonably request from time to time.
