Common use of Documents to Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Documents to Purchaser. Escrow Agent shall at the Closing (except as otherwise provided) deliver by overnight express delivery to Purchaser the following: (i) one conformed copy of the Deed; (ii) one original of the Assignment of Leases; (iii) two originals of the FIRPTA Affidavit and the FTB Form 593-C; (iv) two originals of Seller’s certification as to its representations and warranties; (v) one original of the Closing Statement; and (vi) one original of the Title Policy (to be delivered within a reasonable time after the Closing).
