The Trust has furnished FIIOC and FSC copies of the Trust's Declaration of Trust or other organizational document, bylaws (if any), management contracts, custodian contracts, Prospectus, any other governing documents, and all forms relating to any plan, program or service offered by the Trust. The Trust shall furnish promptly to FIIOC and FSC a copy of any amendment or supplement to the above–mentioned documents. The Trust shall furnish to FIIOC and FSC any additional documents requested by it as necessary for it to perform the services required hereunder.
