Common use of Dollar Equivalent Clause in Contracts

Dollar Equivalent. At any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars as determined by the Agent (absent manifest error) at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Dollars with such Alternative Currency. Domestic Lending Office. Initially, the office of each Lender designated as such on Schedule 1.1 hereto; thereafter, such other office of such Lender, if any, located within the United States that will be making or maintaining Base Rate Loans. Drawdown Date. The date on which any Loan is made or is to be made, and the date on which any Loan which is made prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date, is converted in accordance with §4.1.
