Dominion and Control. Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth in this policy, the ESA must be properly housed and restrained, or otherwise under the control of the Owner at all times. No Owner will allow the animal to go loose or run at large. If the Owner/animal does not abide by the above statement, the animal is subject to capture, confinement, and immediate removal from College housing.

No Owner shall permit the animal to go loose or run at large. If an animal is found running at large, the animal is subject to capture and confinement and immediate removal from College Housing.

Dominion and Control. Each of the Accounts and the amounts held thereunder (including Permitted Investments therein) shall at all times be under the exclusive dominion and control of the Depositary Agent.

Dominion and Control. In the event that the Borrower Accounts are not considered “deposit accounts” (each as defined in the UCC) under Applicable Law or a security interest cannot be granted and perfected in the Borrower Accounts under the UCC, then the Accounts and all property deposited therein shall be deemed under the dominion and control of Agent and Borrower agrees that, subject to the terms of any applicable Control Agreements, Depositary will be permitted to act and will be deemed to be acting as Agent’s agent in respect of the Borrower Accounts for the purpose of maintaining such dominion and control for the purpose of the creation and perfection of security interests in favor of Agent.

Dominion and Control. The entire responsibility of the animal is taken on by the Owner and under no circumstances can the animal be under the responsibility of another resident or guest of the College. • The Owner must control the animal effectively at all times and is expected to leash or kennel the animal when outside. No Owner shall permit the animal to go loose or run at large. If an animal is found running at large, the animal is subject to capture and confinement and immediate removal from College housing. • The animal cannot pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others. • The Owner is required to provide off-campus arrangements for the care of the animal during any event(s) that will require the Owner’s overnight attendance including quarantine for any illness or medical necessity. • Under no circumstances can the animal be left unattended overnight or in the overnight-care of another YHC student. • The animal cannot be left alone for extended periods of time. For the purposes of this agreement, an extended period of time is defined as any length of time that may cause the animal to experience undue distress or to exhibit behaviors of distress. • When the Owner is not present, the animal must be restrained at all times in an appropriately sized cage or kennel for the animal. An appropriately sized cage or kennel is defined as a secured cage or kennel that is large enough for the animal to sit fully upright with 2-4 inches of head clearance, to easily turn around in, and to lie down comfortably with legs stretched out.

Dominion and Control. Funding Corp. hereby transfers, assigns and sets over all of its right, title and interest in and to all amounts deposited or held in any Indenture Account under this Indenture and grants the Trustee (acting on behalf of the Holders of the Notes) sole dominion and control over such amounts. Funding Corp. shall not have the right to withdraw monies from any Indenture Account hereunder.

No Licensee shall permit the animal to go loose or run at large. If an animal is found running at large, the licensee is subject to eviction and/or the animal is subject to capture and confinement and immediate removal from SHRL. The animal is allowed in SHRL only as long as it is necessary because of the Licensee’s disability. The Licensee must notify SHRL in writing if the ESA/Assistance Animal is no longer needed or is no longer in residence. To replace an ESA/Assistance Animal, the Licensee must secure approval of the new animal pursuant to the process outlined by SHRL.

Dominion and Control. The Company hereby transfers, assigns and sets over all of its right, title and interest in and to all amounts deposited or held in any Indenture Account and grants the Trustee (acting on behalf of the Holders of the Securities) sole dominion and control over such amounts. Neither of the Mobile Energy Parties shall have the right to withdraw monies from any Indenture Account hereunder.

Dominion and Control. The Partnership hereby transfers, assigns and sets over all of its right, title and interest in and to all amounts deposited or held in any Indenture Account under this Indenture and grants the Trustee (acting on behalf of the Holders of the Bonds) a continuing security interest in, a continuing lien upon and sole dominion and control over such Indenture Accounts. The Partnership shall not have the right to withdraw monies from any Indenture Account hereunder.
