DOOR & WINDOW Sample Clauses

The "DOOR & WINDOW" clause defines the responsibilities and standards related to the installation, repair, or maintenance of doors and windows within a property or construction project. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for providing, fitting, or replacing doors and windows, and may outline quality requirements, timelines, or compliance with building codes. For example, it might require that all windows be double-glazed or that doors meet certain fire safety standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity regarding expectations and obligations for doors and windows, thereby preventing disputes over quality, responsibility, or compliance during or after the project.
