Common use of Drainage Improvements Clause in Contracts

Drainage Improvements. Pursuant to subsection 17.15.140(E) of the Fruita Municipal Code and conditions imposed by the City Council, the Developer shall: complete drainage improvements on-site and off-site _as per plans by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering. Developer acknowledges that such requirement(s) are roughly proportional to the impacts generated from development of the Property.
