Common use of Drainage System Clause in Contracts

Drainage System. Site shall be drained of excess water, including overflow and washout from reservoirs, and shall be discharged into the County's storm drain system or an approved drywell or receiving system. Where a County storm drain system is not available, the drainage may traverse other properties, provided perpetual drainage and or flowage easements are obtained from the property owners affected by the drainage water.
