Drainage Systems. Landscape drains and drainage ditches will be visually inspected and cleared of obstructions prior to rainy season. Throughout the rainy season, they will continue to be inspected, especially before and after storms. All stormwater retention facilities must be maintained with proper Best Management Practices in place.
