Drawdown Notice irrevocable. A Drawdown Notice must be signed by a director, an officer or a duly authorized attorney-in-fact authorised signatory of the Borrowers Borrower; and once served, a the Drawdown Notice cannot be revoked without the prior consent of the AgentLender.
