Drawdown Notices. 5.1 Each Drawdown Notice must be in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement or in such other form as may be acceptable to the Lender and shall relate to only one of the purposes set forth in clause 8.1 for which the Advance will be utilized. The Drawdown Notice shall specify the date upon which such Advance is to be made (the "DRAWDOWN DATE") and the amount of the Advance. 5.2 Unless otherwise agreed by the Lender, a Drawdown Notice must be received by the Lender not less than 10 days prior to the proposed Drawdown Date.
