Common use of Drawdown Schedule Clause in Contracts

Drawdown Schedule. The Borrower shall make the drawdown under the Entrusted Loan in accordance with the Drawdown Schedule set forth in Item (a) below: (a) The Borrower shall draw the proceeds under the Entrusted Loan in a lump sum on October 13, 2006.
