Drawings and Specifications at the Site. 7.11.1 The Contractor shall maintain at the site for the Owner one (1) copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, approved Shop Drawings, Change Orders, other Modifications, and manufacturers' printed specifications and recommendations, in good order and marked carefully and accurately to record all changes made during construction, which shall be available to the Architect and the Owner at all times. Upon completion of the Project, a clean set of Drawings shall be accurately marked to depict the as-built condition of the Project ("as-built drawings"), and these Drawings, along with all record drawings, shall be delivered to the Owner upon completion of the Work. 7.11.2 The Contractor shall also submit to the Architect for his record two (2) copies each of all manufacturers' maintenance manuals, printed specifications and recommendations, which by reference in the several divisions of the Architect's Specifications are a part thereof.
