Drawings and Specifications at the Site. A. The Contractor shall maintain in good order at the site, for the Department and the Professional, one (1) record copy of all drawings, specifications, bulletins, addenda, contract modifications, change orders and requests for information. As appropriate, these documents will be updated daily to record accurately as-built conditions, selections and changes. B. The Contractor shall also maintain at the site one (1) record copy of approved shop drawings, catalog data, operating and maintenance instructions, certificates, warranties, samples and similar submittals. These shall be available to the Department and Professional at all times, and they shall be delivered to the Professional as part of the Operation and Maintenance Instruction Manuals described in these General Conditions. C. The Contractor shall also maintain one (1) record copy of approved coordination drawings, to include as-built conditions, selections and changes to be submitted to the Professional and included as part of the Operation and Maintenance Instruction Manuals. The Contractor shall include the value of the As-Built Record Drawings as a line item on its schedule of values, which shall be not less than 10% of the amount included for mobilization. The amount included is subject to the approval of the Department.
